The subject ofthis study were all 30 men youth project players (mean age = 13.6 years; weight = 47.8 kilograms [kg); height =161.2 cm) were participated in this study. The participants were selected by using simple random sampling techniques as EG (n= 15) and NEG (n= 15) to assess the impact ofeight week speed and strength training program on the development technical ability of u-15 youth football players. EG was taken intervention training program for 8 weeks additional to their normal training. But the NEG only attained their normal training program. The data for the study was collected from the results of test conducted from pre.test and post-test for both the experimental and non experimental group. After analyzing pre andpost test data ofexperimental and non experimental group, it was found that the experimental group significantly improved their speed, endurance and agility physical qualities and passing technical ability whereas the control group failed to show any improvement than the pre test data except endurance test. Generally we can conclude that physical quality training specially Speed and strength training program for youths had pronounced influence on football technical ability over and above fitness development.
