EG was taken intervention training program for 8 weeks additional to their normal training. But the NEG only attained their normal training program. The data for the study was collected from the results of test conducted from pre.test and post-test for both the experimental and non experimental group. After analyzing pre andpost test data ofexperimental and non experimental group, it was found that the experimental group significantly improved their speed, endurance and agility physical qualities and passing technical ability whereas the control group failed to show any improvement than the pre test data except endurance test.
