dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study was to find out the Factors of Females Football Team in Hahirdar City. The study adapted descriptive survey method, it was conducted among 3 females football teams found in l3ahirdar, selection of the sample was done based on random and selective sampling method, out of the total subjects of the study 30 (81.08%) of participants using random sampling method and 7 (18.9 %) participants using selective sampling technique. Data was gathered with questionnaire, observation and interview. The data collected through questionnaire, observation and interview were analyzed using percentage method. !Is a result, the researcher concluded that the factors affecting the status of l3ahirDar city female's /ooLhall Learn are: the problem arises from society and families, from physical education teachers, tram coaches, from cultural and religious barriers and from sport commission. l3ased on the major findings, the researcher has forwarded this recommendations, families and societies be aware about females football team and they must give support for players, sport commission has to fulfill sport materials, physical education teachers have to give motivation and opportunities to play football, Non Governmental. and Governmental ()/~(j(fni/.uliuf1 should give support for Females Football Team and Females Football Players hove to change their behaviors and the coach have to give a feedback for them.	en_US
