dc.description.abstract The main objective ofthis study was to investigate effect ofphysical fitness on technical ability development of DMU & DMC Football club players. PF components of explosive leg power, speed, agility & instep drive accuracy shooting and speed dribbling technical ability development of DMU & DMC Football club players were the main target of the study. They were 49 in number but due to injuries 4 players excluded where as the remaining all 45 players ofthem selected by purposive sampling method. Here purposive sampling techniques were use to select all samples. In order to assess the PF and technical ability development test score ofDMU & DMC Football club players'field test used (especially explosive leg power, speed, and agility) and instep drive accuracy shooting & speed dribbling was conducted. The data was analyzing through descriptive statistics (such as paired T-Test) and Linear Regression ANOVA and summery model R statistics. The finding ofthe study showed that the explosive leg power P value in the pre test is 0.001 & in the post test 0.001. It implies that less than 0.05, therefore explosive leg power affects the instep drive accuracy shooting. The speed and agility P value in the pre test 0.001 and in the post test 0.001, so speed & agility affects speed dribbling. After 6weeks plyometric training followed-up DMU & DMC Football club players' explosive leg power, speed, and agility improved and at the same time due to the improvement ofPF components, instep drive accuracy shooting & speed dribbling technical ability improved. In a general way explosive leg power, speed and agility had their own positive relationship but ELP highly related with speed rather than agility and on the other hand speed highly related with agility rather ELP. The DMU & DMCfootball club players PF level was less when to compare with the FIFA standards ofPF level. Therefore, coaches ofDMU& DMC Football clubs should be aware how, why & when to promote their players PF components in order to minimize shortage of techniques which occurrence caused by physicalfitness problem.
