dc.description.abstract The perovskite relaxor ferroelectric lead magnesium niobate Pb(Mg important material because of its high dielectric constant and correspondingly large electrostrictive strains. ) I / 3 Ferroelectric ceramics are widely used as capacitors, transducers and thermistors, etc in an electronic industry. Tolerance factors, piezoelectric, dielectric properties and Curie temperature of relaxor perovskite of PMN lead based ceramics have been seen from the result of this thesis. The mathematical theory of Gibes free energy is presented in Landau Ginzberge De­ vonshire formalism.
