The major challenges of the associations to contribute to womens economic empowerment include: Regarding the provision of training, the association has not provided any kind of training by itself, Low loan repayments, members not getting working space due to the problems of coordination by concerned bodies like MSE, women and children affairs and other government bodies, Moreover the association was not able to facilitate adequate creation of job opportunity because of the lack of cooperation with government bodies like MSE and due to poor academic background of most of the members. The study recommended that in one civil society organization Facilitated training provision, facilitated loan service, working space, creating job opportunity and improving saving culture is important issue to achieve women economic capacity. Therefore the study area some of the association members have taken training supported by GO and NGOs and created job opportunities. Furthermore, the association has facilitated a working place for those members coordinating together with different sectors such as the women and children affairs bureau, micro and small enterprise bureau, and other institutions. It is positive trend but not enough to bring about women’s economic empowerment. So, more attention should be given to enhance more than this by the concerned governmental bodies like MSE, and women and children affairs, non governmental bodies, and women self-help groups.
