dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to examine the effect of core strength training on shooting accuracy in U-15 female football players. All the experimental and control groups of female football players, who were the only female football players in the North Wollo Zone with an age range of U–15, were conveniently selected and participated voluntarily in the research. In the research, core strength exercises were implemented in experimental groups for 8 weeks but within a 30-35 minute time frame and on a three-day-a-week basis. Before the implementation, pre-test results of the two groups of 15 players were selected. For 8 weeks, core strength training exercises were implemented in the experimental group. After 8 weeks, post-test measures for the two groups were obtained. To conduct this study, the Experimental Design method was employed to assess data from targeted sample groups. The statistical package for (SPSS) version 23 software was used to analyze the data collected from the subjects. The comparison of means was estimated by the paired sample t test at P <0.05. The pretest value of shooting accuracy was significant (p<0.012) but the control group was decreased by a mean difference of 0.133 at P>0.80, Not significant. As a result, the investigator recommended that adding core strength training to their football training program helps to improve players' shooting accuracy. en_US
