dc.description.abstract Background: Anti-Retroviral treatment failure was not commonly diagnosed in the healthcare facilities in Ethiopia. This was due to the limited availability of viral load testing for treatment outcome monitoring in resource limited settings so that identifying predictive factors of antiretroviral treatment failure were important. The aim of this study was to assess the magnitude and factors associated with first-line Anti-Retroviral treatment failure in Felege Hiwot comprehensive specialized hospital en_US
