dc.description.abstract This thesis paper dealt with the preparation and study of water seer that creates water from natural cooling of the environment thin air. It used a wind turbine to rotate the fan. The fan fix and in-warding the air to the chamber for further cooling process. The air condensed due to temperature difference in the chamber found from underground in soil. This condensed water cooled and pumped down by manual gear pump for lift up. Weather variables humidity, moisture, wind speed, temperature, etc. effects on the output in in Amhara national regional state South Gonder zone, Nefas Mewcha town. The test was done in June, 2020 for one weeks. Up to one liter of water found in high relative humidity case. Totally, 2.7 liter of water is found from the test. The wind speed is high to 4m/s and the turbine doesn’t stop moving every time cause a lot of to condense. The metrology variables include datas like rainfall, cloud cover, sunshine, soil temperature and evaporation rates had a great impact in water formation. en_US
