A ti very good understanding of stakeholders about SIP planning and implementation is highly essential because it is directly related to the achievement of students learning and learning outcome. It is also a policy issue that needs greater attention by developing awareness of stakeholders. However based on survey result, the researcher concluded that there were challenges of SIP implementation like awareness gap about SIP and its final goal and objectives; less commitment of school leaders, shortage of human and financial resource and attention was not given to students who needspecial support and less community participation in SIP implementation. Finally, the researcher recommended that awareness of . stakeholders should be improved through various means such as work shop and short term training, school plan should be participatory based on school self-as_sessment, strengthen school and community relationship, allocate enough budget for SIP implementation, principals should be committed, Woreda Education Office should give greater attention for the selection and recruitment of school principals as they play a vital role by bridging the gap between school and community , follow up, monitoring and evaluating of SIP planning and implementation in general .. en_US
