dc.description.abstract The objective of the study is to investigate the way how justice organs of North Wollo Zone entertain the right to bail of crime suspected persons. So as to attain such goal, the writer collected data by using questionnaires. The writer also made an interview with three judges, three prosecutors and three police officers. In addition, the writer studied selected files from four Woreda Courts. Essential inputs which enable to satisfy the study are obtained from both the questionnaires, interviews and files. Moreover, books, articles and proceedings are consulted. Based on the collected data, the findings show that justice organs are not carrying out their respective duties properly in accordance with the law. Such failure in turn affects the right to bail of crime suspected persons. Among the reasons which contribute to such problems are limitations in professional knowledge, skill and Commitment of the professionals and some legal gaps can be mentioned. Professional training, strict follow up and controlling mechanism and an effort to amend legal provisions that confuse the professionals believed to be solutions. en_US
