The basis and work of this research work is highly expresses the way of life that I followed since my childhood. As a child it was my dream to be an industrial engineering professional and I didn’t gate the chance of joining the discipline at early times of university entrance. But at the time I had never give up in my interest and I was hope full, I will learn the science through the path of my education. One day at the stage of my BSc degree one of my professors told me, that I can join the discipline if I only look for my masters and this was the plane that I had mechanical engineering candidate in under graduate program. And now by doing my thesis in the field of industrial engineering, I feel my dream come true after a long time. In truth I could not have achieved my current level situation without a strong support group. First of all; my parents and friends who supported me with unlimited motivation and understanding, secondly my teachers who always tried to make me who I am going to be today, and those who teach me in my Master’s program with their continuous support in identifying the research ideas until the end process of my thesis. And finally to all team members of research work in the company, each of whom has provided kind guidance throughout the research process. Thank you all for your unwavering support.
